The wait was totally worth it. Lincoln and Scout finally came to visit me. I worked really hard to steal the favorite Auntie award away from Aunt Tami. We went to San Francisco where we ate at the Rain Forest Cafe and saw the real Santa at Macy's. One of the highlights of my life is the memory of Lincoln on Santa's Lap. Scout on the other hand wanted nothing to do with him.
Then we made sugar cookies. Actually we ate more dough than anything. But it was really fun.
Scout fell in love with Libby (those pictures are on Abbie's camera and I can't figure out how to get them off - maybe later).
I had a wonderful time and want to thank Dave and Katie for making the long, long drive. We all really need to live close together.

I could NEVER be the favorite aunt as long as you're around. You always make things so fun for the little children--actually, for everybody.
What a fun trip! So sad we weren't there! Someday soon!
We had so much fun. Scout still talks about Libby and Lincoln gets so excited whenever I talk about you. Yes, I think that Scout favors Libby over ANYone else
