We have an ocean to play in. If you come to California I will take you to the ocean. We will go boogie boarding and play in the sand. Utah is a desert. There is no ocean there. No cool ocean breezes. No waves to play in. You can't build sand castles in Utah. Also, fall happens to be whale migration time so you may even get to see a whale! The trip would be so educational! Oh, Libby loves the ocean too and she could go with us to protect you from those mean seagulls. (see reason #1).

Oh the beach... Makes me think of the trip with Maggie throwing up all over the car! I don't think any of us will look at a hot dog the same! WE MISS THE BEACH!

I LOVE that picture of the cousins! It's one of my favorites. Yes, we need to go to the beach very soon.
