Just a few more pictures of us, even though we are not as cute or interesting as our kids. Redwood National Park is really amazing because it is both forest and coast. Sometimes getting down to the beach was a bit of a climb, but it was worth it. I did worry a bit about the Tsunami warnings until I realized that our camping spot was on high ground.
Also, I have decided that I want to come back as a sea lion in my next life. Can you imagine being able to lay around on the beach EVERY DAY, ALL DAY. I want that life!
Oh, I tried to get the light house picture in this entry, but messed it up and now I am tired. Bless Eric's heart, he found me a light house to see on this trip. In my frugal husband's constant quest for a bargain, we drove 50 miles to Crescent City to save 2 cents a gallon 0n gas. I was giving him a really hard time about that decision, but then we found the light house and all was forgiven. If I can't be a sea lion, I want to live in a light house when I grow up.
