Lots of people came to see the big event but Grandpa only took pictures of these 2 - Heidi and Stephanie (with Scott in the background). Daniel has great friends - Brandon and Nick were also there. So were many of the boys from Troop 238 who helped with the program. We really missed Jordan who is in Utah (see his picture helping with the Eagle project) and Sharon who was at a camp meeting and couldn't come.
Lots of adults from the stake and ward were also there. It was a good tribute to a great guy. Family came to support also. Grandpa and Bonnie, Brad, Melissa, Matt, Adam, Camille, Dave, Robynn, Ben, Emily, Brooke, and Jake and Uncle Val and Aunt Dorothy. I hope Grandma and Mamoo got to come also! They were really missed.
Lastly, here is the Eagle Scout. It was a long journey but worth it in the end. We then went into the gym for refreshments - giant eagle shaped brownies with ice cream, chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
We are so proud of him because he really earned this. We helped when asked, but he did it. Yeah Daniel!!
